Now, I'm sure someone, somewhere, will eventually come up with a save game editor but it's unlikely. They've basically said that many of the most common bugs and glitches with the game were most probably caused by players using the Debug Console and therefore not their responsibility and that they had no plans to fix such issues. I'd agree with you completely however CDPR does not. It's not like anyone else would be affected by it, since it's a single player-only game. I intent to change a quest phase for a Treasure Hunt called "Don't Play With The Gods", which has bugged - I said nothing about using it for cheating.
It is possible to cheat using a save editor, but that doesn't mean you have to what you use it for is up to each user. No need to bother commenting if you aren't going to be helpful anyway.
